Dear Renter, I'm excited that you have chosen to stay in our Rivers Edge Condos. The condos are individually owned and I'm confident that you will find the units clean, comfortable and relaxing. Once I have received your signed rental agreement, deposit and full payment I will contact you with a CODE. This code is to open the key safe hanging on the condo doorknob. There will also be keys located on the kitchen counter for you to use during your stay (2 condo, 2 tackle storage and 1 pool key). Please make sure that there is a key in the key safe when you depart. The grill and small propane refill tanks are located in the tackle storage closets. Grilling is only permitted on the ground floor. PLEASE TURN OFF THE GRILL AND RETURN IT TO THE CLOSET. Boat trailers are not allowed in the Rivers Edge parking lot. Please park your trailer across the street. There is plenty of space. There is a designated boat slip included with your rental. Your boat slip assignment is in the information guide located on the kitchen counter. The info guide also has a map, marinas, rules, emergency contacts, menus and my local area suggestions.
